Celebrity chef Amanda Freitag recently opened this trendy, seasonal café in the new AT&T Discovery District. With coffee offerings that range from drip coffee to macchiato and cortado beverages, Rise + Thyme offers a coffee drink for every taste. Check it out and sample baked goods from La Casita Bakeshop and Village Baking Co, toasts, sandwiches, and breakfast foods.

If you like your coffee with a cool, indie coffee shop to go with it, Beanvoy Coffee Lounge should top your must-visit list. They are following safety protocols during the pandemic while serving up a signature selection of popular drinks like cappuccinos, with their own twist. This Southlake spot opened in June and has since been collecting a loyal following, so if you haven’t checked it out yet, now is the time!

Opened in August 2020, Xaman Café is a cool hybrid café in Oak Cliff that features coffee, cocktails, and tapas.
